    Therapy for Anxiety
For many in West Village, anxiety can feel like an invisible wall separating you from the life you want to lead. You may be overwhelmed by persistent worry so intense that it begins to manifest physically—through stomach aches, nausea, dizziness, or tension. During times of stress, these recurring thoughts can become deeply uncomfortable, and in some cases, completely paralyzing. If you’re in West Village and struggling to manage these symptoms, know that support is available—and healing is possible.
    Therapy for Depression
If you’re in West Village and struggling with depression, you’re not alone. We use a range of evidence-based approaches and tailor our methods to fit each person’s unique needs. Depression can look different for everyone—it might be something recent, or a weight you’ve carried for years. Whatever your experience, we’re here to help you navigate it with care and clarity. Many in West Village have found support through therapy, and you can too.
    Therapy for Feelings of Inadequacy
Therapy can support individuals in West Village who are seeking to better understand themselves and build lasting confidence. Many of the beliefs we hold about who we are begin forming early—shaped by our upbringing, family dynamics, and countless environmental influences. Psychotherapy offers a chance to explore these roots, question outdated narratives, and grow into a more grounded and authentic version of yourself.
    Relationship Counseling
Relationships in West Village, like anywhere, can face difficult challenges—jealousy, trust issues, or emotional disconnection. You may feel drained by constant tension, struggle with mismatched intimacy needs, or worry about anger and conflict at home. In some cases, you might even feel unsafe but unsure of how to move forward. Therapy offers a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your relationship concerns and consider what’s healthiest for you and your well-being.
